Croke Fairchild Morgan & Beres is pleased to welcome attorney Robert S. Bollinger as partner in the firm’s transactional practice. Robert brings almost a decade of experience in business law with an emphasis on financial services.
Robert works with sophisticated borrowers and institutions in connection with a variety of financing matters, including acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spot buybacks, direct lending by venture funds and other matters. He provides counsel to financial institutions, debt funds, private equity firms and corporate borrowers and has experience with debt financing, sponsor-led acquisition financings, asset-based loans, cash flow-based facilities and other leveraged financings.
“We’re very pleased that Robert has joined our team during a pivotal point in the firm’s growth,” said Drew Beres, managing partner of Croke Fairchild. “Our clients have sophisticated financing needs across a variety of transaction and funding matters. Robert’s experience at the intersection of business law and financing gives our clients direct access to the strategic counsel they need to successfully navigate the complex financial landscape.”
Robert joined Croke Fairchild from the Dallas office of Holland & Knight where he was involved in more than 250 transactions in just four years. He has represented premier lending institutions, leading private equity firms and corporate borrowers in complex transactions involving senior secured credit facilities, unitranche facilities, subordinated debt financings, first-lien and second-lien financings, and recapitalizations. He is one of few attorneys with substantial experience on both borrower representations and lender representations.
“I’ve built my practice around financial services because it represents the foundation of every solid business transaction, from mergers to buyouts to expansions,” said Robert. “My work with both borrowers and lenders gives me a unique vantage point, enabling me to provide strategic guidance that benefits the clients and improves business outcomes. I look forward to lending my experience to clients across the Croke Fairchild portfolio.”
Robert holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
