Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres is pleased to welcome Meredith Christianson, who joins as an associate in the Firm’s transactional practice.

Meredith advises mid-market companies and private equity firms on U.S. and international business transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Meredith has provided strategic counsel to companies, financial sponsors, and other investors in domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries, including aerospace and defense, government, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, life sciences and more.

Prior to joining Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, Meredith was an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Hogan Lovells US LLP where she focused on strategic and financial mergers and acquisitions for both public and private companies of varying sizes. She has advised on transactions ranging in size from a few million up to $40 billion USD.

Meredith earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, a Master of Finance from Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Business and a B.S. in Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She lives in the Washington D.C. area.
