We are seeking a talented and energetic junior debt finance attorney. The position entails representing borrowers and/or lenders in the negotiation, documentation, and closing of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, including acquisition, structured, and other leveraged financings. Candidates must possess strong analytical, writing, and organization skills and be excited about the opportunity to be part of a talented team in a fast-paced, professionally satisfying, and growing practice. Preferred but not required would be law school courses in secured transactions and/or bankruptcy. Experience in debt finance will be required for candidates currently practicing, but prior debt finance experience not necessary for recent graduates.
