Finance Associate
We are seeking a talented, energetic lawyer to join our growing Finance group. Our firm will be a good home for an attorney who is highly motivated to grow or expand their own practice and wants to get involved early at a growing firm. We represent private equity firms, founders, family offices, and public companies in sophisticated and complex financial matters. Importantly, the firm desires to build a platform for members of the firm to unlock their full potential and find personal fulfillment as they provide unparalleled service to assist clients in doing the same.
Required Skills and Abilities
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Must include nationally recognized law firm experience or similar experience working on sophisticated, complex debt finance projects.
- Experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in the negotiation, documentation and closing of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including acquisition and other leveraged financings.
- Working knowledge of debt securities offerings and general corporate law is also preferred.
- Candidates must possess strong analytical, writing and organization skills.
