Before joining CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES, Ashley worked as an immigration paralegal at Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd., where she helped immigrants at risk for deportation. She assisted them in applying for various forms of relief such as asylum and legal residency. Ashley attended the University of Michigan where she studied Political Science.
