Delilah P. Jenkins currently serves as Partner for CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES where she delivers strategic solutions to C-suite stakeholders across the areas of M&A, complex commercial transactions, commercial operations, contracting, procurement, and vendor relations. Stepping into the role of outside general counsel for businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Delilah provides a full suite of legal and business advising services to help her clients drive growth and achieve their goals.
With a sophisticated understanding of the particular challenges diverse founders face, Delilah has developed a practice advising these entrepreneurs on issues around securing funding, strengthening supplier relationships, and creating strategic plans for the future of their businesses.
Delilah also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s diversity committee.
Prior to joining Croke Fairchild, Delilah served as Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions and Commercial Contracts, for National Express LLC, as well as Counsel at Aon, where she served as a C-suite advisor for legal and business strategy, contracting, and acquisition integration. She worked at Baxter Healthcare as a Senior Contracts Analyst for bioscience national accounts. She also established her own law firm focusing on business transactions for small companies.
Delilah currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Tech Committee for Housing Forward, an agency dedicated to ending homelessness; as a Financial Advisory Committee Member for Oak Park Township; and as Chair of Community Engagement for the Parent Teacher Organization at her neighborhood elementary school. Delilah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
