Delilah P. Strickland currently serves as Partner for CROKE FAIRCHILD MORGAN & BERES where she advises clients on M&A and commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Delilah served as Counsel – Mergers & Acquisitions & Commercial Contracts for National Express LLC as well as in-house counsel at Aon where she provided legal support for contracting, business strategy, and acquisition integration. Prior to Aon, Delilah worked at Baxter Healthcare, supporting their contracting for bioscience national accounts and also established her own law firm focusing on business transactions for small companies. Delilah currently serves as a Board Member for Housing Forward, an agency dedicated to ending homelessness, and as a Financial Advisory Committee Member for Oak Park Township. Delilah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
