Jessica’s practice including estate planning, estate and trust administration and tax planning. Jessica regularly advises these clients on tax planning, gifting strategy and business succession planning. Her work also consists of extensive appearances before the probate court for both estate and guardianship administration matters. Her estate administration work has included numerous disputes relating to will and trust administration, including will contests. Jessica uses her negotiation and writing skills to produce Premarital Agreements to meet her client’s individual family needs.
