Lori Gordon is an experienced business attorney and executive with a breadth of experience advising clients on matters of business law for over 30 years in various settings. Prior to CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES and its predecessors, Lori practiced corporate and securities law in a large firm environment for 13 years, first at Schiff Hardin and then at Latham & Watkins, where she became a partner in 1991. Subsequently, she worked as the Director of Corporate Development and General Counsel for Jellyvision, Inc., an interactive media company.
Following Jellyvision, Lori worked for seven years as Loss Prevention Counsel at Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society, Inc., A Risk Retention Group (ALAS), the largest mutual company provider of lawyers’ professional liability insurance coverage to large law firms. She has consulted for companies on legal and business matters and authored a book, “Rest Assured: The Sabbatical Solution for Lawyers” (ABA, 2002).
