Robert has experience in sponsor-led acquisition financings, asset-based loans, cash flow-based facilities and other leveraged financings.

Robert represents premier lending institutions, leading private equity firms and corporate borrowers in complex transactions involving senior secured credit facilities, unitranche facilities, subordinated debt financings, first-lien and second-lien financings, and recapitalizations.
