CHICAGO, Ill., March 26, 2020: Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres is pleased to share that partner Geoffrey R. Morgan has been named to the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s (FASB) Small Business Advisory Committee (SBAC).

The Small Business Advisory Committee serves as a voice for small, public companies within the Financial Accounting Standards Board, providing input and feedback critical to ensuring all FASB guidance and recommendations consider the perspective of smaller companies.

Members of the SBAC are individuals with a deep understanding of financial accounting and public company reporting and a history of support for small businesses and smaller public companies in various capacities. They share a commitment for modernizing and improving reporting processes for small, public organizations.
