Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres is pleased to announce that Lin Ye has joined the firm as an associate in the finance and liquidity solutions practice. Lin focuses her practice on finance transactions and general corporate matters. She has experience in structuring and closing real estate financing transactions for multifamily and commercial properties in the areas of affordable housing and historic preservation.

Lin received her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. in mathematics.
