Robin Letchinger Featured as Panelist at Family Business General Counsel Seminar

Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres Partner Robin Letchinger was featured as a panelist at the Family Business General Counsel Seminar on June 22.

During the panel, “Developing and Expanding a Family Office,” discussants analyzed the various practical and legal considerations family business owners and other high-net-worth families evaluate when developing or expanding an existing family office.

Other topics included the breadth and depth of services a family office provides, different types of family office structures, including business and tax considerations, considerations for outsourcing family office services, as well as when a family should and should not consider creating a family office.
