Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres Adds Kyla Vick as an Associate

Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres is pleased to announce that Kyla Vick has joined the firm as an associate in the Private Funds & Investment Management practice group.

Kyla has experience advising clients on a range of matters, such as the formation, operation and financing of private funds, including real estate funds and Delaware statutory trusts, as well as other SEC compliance matters in connection with private investment activities.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyla was a fund finance attorney at Mayer Brown LLP, where she represented clients as lenders and borrowers in complex investment fund financing matters. She began her career as an attorney at Baker & McKenzie LLP.

Kyla received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law, and a B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
