Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres represented Edson Redball Devco LLC on the recent acquisition of SaveSolar Corporation and affiliates. Prior to the sale, SaveSolar focused on developing and operating community solar projects for low-to-moderate income housing areas and commercial rooftops, ensuring lower electricity costs for residents.
The deal team included Jessica Fairchild, Kyle Shires, and Camila Di Mauri from the firm’s Corporate team, and Rob Isham, Laura Straus, and Lin Ye from the firm’s Finance team.
