Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres is pleased to announce that Nancy Zhao has joined the firm as an associate. Nancy focuses her practice on mergers & acquisitions, asset purchases, venture capital financings, and securities offerings.
Nancy represents a range of clients from startups to public companies in both domestic and cross-border transactions. She provides comprehensive counsel on a variety of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance and investor relations, all stages of financing, and SEC reporting and finance, among others.
Nancy received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. While attending law school, Nancy served as the Development Editor of the Washington University Law Review, President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and as the Academic Chair of the Student Bar Association. Nancy, an avid concert violinist, also serves as a first violinist with the Chicago Bar Association Symphony Orchestra.
