Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres advised Glory Global Solutions (International) Ltd on its recent acquisition of Flooid Topco Limited.

A global leader in cash technology solutions, Glory provides safe and secure transactions to clients in the financial, retail, restaurant, and gaming industries. Its acquisition of Flooid, valued at approximately GBP 169 million, will allow Glory to expand its offerings beyond cash technology solutions. Flooid provides a seamless experience for customers via a cloud-native, hardware-agnostic, Unified Commerce Platform meant for global markets.
