Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres and Point of Difference Strategies Announce Move to New Offices at 222 N. LaSalle Street 

Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres (CFDB) and Point of Difference Strategies (PoDS) (collectively the "Firms") are pleased to announce their move to 222 N. LaSalle Street in downtown Chicago.  The relocation marks an exciting new chapter for both organizations and reinforces their commitment to growth, innovation and client service in the heart of Chicago's business district. 

The Firms' new office at 222 N. LaSalle Street, Suite 500 spans approximately 40,000 square feet, bringing its Chicago team together in one location and nearly doubling its Chicago footprint.  The move reflects the tremendous growth the Firms have experienced since opening its doors in December 2019 and January 2021, respectfully.  In that time, CFDB has grown from nine attorneys to 124 attorneys today, an increase of 1,278%.  Consolidating its former offices at 180 N. LaSalle Street and 191 N. Wacker Drive, the new space is designed to support the Firm's continued expansion. 

Similarly, PoDS has grown from one lobbyist to a team of ten with seven lobbyists covering local, state, and federal government. 

More than just additional square footage, the new office was designed as a destination for both employees and clients. With the client experience at the forefront, the shared CFDB and PoDS space offers a modern, adaptable setting where quiet, focused work areas flow naturally into spaces for hosting and entertaining. Featuring state-of-the-art technology and thoughtfully designed collaborative workspaces, the new office has quickly become a place where people want to gather, connect and work together. Located at LaSalle Street and West Wacker Drive along the Chicago River, the new office keeps CFDB and PoDS at the center of Chicago's business community while maintaining their strong downtown presence.
