Alex is a partner in Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres’ Finance & Liquidity Solutions practice group.

Alex focuses his practice on advising a broad spectrum of private investment funds, alternative asset managers, and other corporate borrowers on a variety of debt financing strategies, solutions, and transactions, including secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, domestic and cross-border project financings, private credit lending, management company and GP lines of credit, bridge loans, acquisition, and asset-based financings, and other tailored financing arrangements. Alex has extensive experience representing funds and asset managers of all sizes across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, Alex was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis and Mayer Brown, where his practice also focused on fund finance, including representation of most major lenders in the market.
