Ami Oseid
Counsel

Ami Oseid has been practicing real estate law for over 29 years, specializing in all manner of transactions including: residential and commercial purchases and sales, commercial leasing, development of residential properties from high-end single family homes to townhome communities and multi-unit condominium buildings and preparation of relevant underlying documents. She has experience in entity formation, landlord and tenant issues, 1031 exchanges and estate planning. Ami found much satisfaction serving as outside counsel for the City of Chicago in its NSP (neighborhood stabilization program) to utilize grants awarded to the City to help address the impact of vacant and foreclosed homes by acquiring these properties in bulk and redeveloping them for low income clientele.

While Ami has the skill and experience to navigate complex real estate transactions of all kinds, she is also a strong believer in the importance of client advocacy, communication and the need to partner with her client to get the most efficient and best results. She counts this ability to form strong client relationships as the key to her success in over 10,000 real estate transactions.
