Brooke Monahan is a Partner in the CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES Employment & Labor practice group. 

With more than two decades of experience advising clients on employee benefits, executive compensation, ERISA and general employment matters, Brooke has served as trusted counsel for law firms and corporations nationwide. She has guided clients through complex compensation and benefits issues in the context of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing, public offerings and restructurings.

Brooke has extensive experience counseling private equity funds, public companies and startup companies on the design and implementation of equity and cash-based incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, change in control agreements, separation agreements, and executive employment agreements.  She also regularly advises clients on retirement, health and welfare and other employee benefit programs and provides regulatory guidance to ensure compliance with applicable law.

Brooke is recognized for her practical approach, deep regulatory knowledge, and commitment to delivering tailored solutions for employers, investors, plan sponsors, and service providers.

Brooke received a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and served on Washington University Law Quarterly.
