Casey Swartz has over 20 years’ experience as a human resources business leader. Throughout her career, she led organizational change and cultural oversight in various industries with several multi-state, international, and global companies. Her expertise ranges from a strategic partner to a coach and an employee advocate. Touching each of the HR functions, Casey has been able to develop high-performance programs leading to the financial success of several organizations. Casey focuses on compliant policy development and interpretation, prompt and equitable employee relations, data-driven DEIB initiatives, relationship-driven talent acquisitions, creative compensation and benefit design, and future-focused organizational effectiveness.

Casey earned her B.S. in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut and holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. She has also been a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over 20 years. 

In her downtime, Casey spends time with her husband and three teenage daughters, reading about current events and finding new, creative recipes to try.
