Chrystal Cantrelle is an Associate at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres in the Venture Capital & Founders Group, where she focuses on advising emerging companies, founders and investors on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, organization and governance, venture capital and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining CFDB, Chrystal was an associate in Cooley LLP’s corporate group, focusing on venture capital transactions and mergers & acquisitions. During her tenure at Cooley, Chrystal represented start-ups and private companies at all stages of their corporate life cycle, including early and late-stage financings and liquidity events, as well as public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Chrystal also advised venture capital investors and private equity funds in sophisticated financing transactions.

Chrystal is a Dallas, Texas native and received her B.S. in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, her M.S. in Marketing from East Texas A&M University and her J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
