Prior to joining CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES, Colleen spent the past 29 years working for Richard J. Prendergast, Ltd. and Prendergast Layden, Ltd. as a Senior Paralegal. Colleen has extensive experience with complex litigation matters involving high volume document management and review for purposes of discovery and trial.
Colleen’s involvement with each case is often from the onset, through discovery, trial preparation and assisting at trials. Colleen has assisted the attorneys in preparing many complex cases for trial both in State and Federal Court. She has assisted in Arbitrations, ARDC matters, mediation and appeals.
