Collin Bruck focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. He has successfully litigated a broad range of commercial disputes in both state and federal court, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, breach of contract claims, fraud claims, trademark infringement claims, shareholder claims, insurance coverage disputes, and professional liability claims. He has handled  matters for entities of all types and sizes, representing individuals, municipalities, trade unions, closely held corporations, and large publicly traded companies. Beyond litigation, Collin also routinely advises entities on a broad spectrum of regulatory and employment matters.

Collin’s practice also concentrates on administrative law, where his efforts have led to the reversal of multiple nine-figure contracts awarded by state agencies. His former firm, Prendergast Layden, combined with CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES in 2023.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Illinois State Bar Association.
