EMILY ELISAR
Deputy Chief Operating Officer

Emily Elisar is the firm’s Deputy Chief Operating Officer. She works with the COO on operation initiatives at the firm as well as special projects for the Management Committee.

Prior to joining CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES, Emily served as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Governor that oversaw the budget and economy portfolio for the State of Illinois. At the state, Emily served as a high-level gatekeeper and manager of various multi-level agency projects. Before her state experience, she assisted on the Governor’s Transition team which worked to staff state agencies and bring in the new administration.  Emily came on the JB for Governor campaign in the general election and oversaw Lake County on the Political team. Previous experience also includes serving as Political Director for Nancy Rotering for Illinois Attorney General, Operations Manager for the National Democratic Training Committee, and as a Fellow on the Hillary for Illinois campaign.

Emily graduated from DePaul University where she received her B.A. in both Political Science and Public Relations & Advertising.
