Grace brings more than 30 years of legal billing and accounting experience, having supported several prominent law firms with complex billing operations, collections, accounts payable, financial reporting, and client account management.
Most recently, Grace served as a Billing Coordinator with IceMiller, where she managed attorney billing, split billing arrangements, write-offs, billing appeals, month-end close activities, and complex billing issues. She also worked closely with attorneys, clients, and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection.
Prior to IceMiller, Grace held billing roles with Seyfarth Shaw and Shook, Hardy & Bacon, and earlier accounting positions with Locke Lorde LLP and Johnson & Bell. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in law firm financial processes, while also training staff, improving workflows, and supporting fast-paced firm operations.
