Jenna DePorre is an associate in Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres’ Venture Capital group. Jenna primarily represents emerging companies, founders and investors in a variety of venture capital transactions and general corporate matters, including equity and debt financings, securities filings, company formations, corporate governance and exit opportunities.

Prior to joining CFDB, Jenna was an associate in DLA Piper’s corporate group, focusing on venture capital transactions and mergers & acquisitions. Jenna began her legal career as a corporate associate at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP, representing start-ups and private companies at all stages of their corporate life cycle.

Jenna was born and raised in Houston, Texas, before moving to Anchorage, Alaska, in high school. She received her B.A. in government and politics from the University of Maryland and her J.D. from Boston University. Prior to law school, Jenna worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., as Press Secretary for Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK).

She is not admitted in IL but supervised by licensed attorneys in the jurisdiction.
