Jerome Crabtree is a Senior Associate in the Private Client Services Practice at CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES.

Jerome’s practice is concentrated in the areas of trust and estate planning and administration, business succession planning, income taxation and sports law. His practice involves high net worth and ultra-high net worth complex estate and tax planning and the representation of athletes, retired athletes and coaches in trust and estate planning, corporate ventures, brand protection and investment opportunities.

Jerome’s experience includes tailored estate planning designed to address each client’s unique circumstances and evolving needs. He takes a relationship driven approach, building relationships across familial generations and assisting in the development of strategies to achieve their goals and preserve their legacies. He also represents professional athletes, retired athletes and coaches, providing guidance and counsel focused on protecting and strengthening their personal brands and broader interests. He assists clients in navigating decisions and opportunities both within and beyond their respective sports while positioning them for continued growth and success.

Jerome most recently served as the Founder of a sports law and representation boutique with a focus on athlete representation and providing athletes with trust and estate, tax and corporate services.

Prior to that, Jerome spent several years as a trust and estates associate with Amlaw and mid-sized firms serving high net worth, ultra-high net worth and family office clients.
