Jesse Dodson is Of Counsel in Croke Fairchild’s Real Estate Practice and focuses his work on real estate development, including land use, entitlements, subdivisions, condominiums, mixed-use development, property covenants, easements, site acquisitions/transactions, and other developer-focused legal services.

Jesse is licensed in both Illinois (2003) and Montana (2016) and has extensive experience in real estate law in both states.

Jesse practiced law at DLA Piper in Chicago for over 15 years, working on numerous high profile development projects and real estate transactions before joining Croke, Fairchild, Duarte & Beres as Of Counsel.

Jesse has worked on many notable development projects in Chicago including, for example, the rehabilitation and renovation of Wrigley Field, NEMA Chicago, the Lycée Français Chicago, redevelopment of the U.S. Steel South Works site, and redevelopment of Lincoln Park Hospital.

Jesse has served as an adjunct professor of law, has provided extensive pro bono legal services for community land trusts, and has served on the board of a public transportation authority
