Julie Dalton is a senior paralegal with Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres.
Julie brings over 20 years of diverse legal experience to this role, with a strong focus on corporate transactions, investment management, and legal operations. Most recently, Julie served as a senior corporate paralegal at insightsoftware, where she supported M&A transactions with values up to $3B in EBITA and managed governance and compliance for 80+ international entities. Her role also included implementing legal tech platforms such as Simple Legal and GEMS to streamline processes.
Previously, at Youth Opportunity Investments, Julie led the implementation of ContractPod and centralized the company’s contract database, enhancing efficiency and litigation preparedness. During her time at Adams Street Partners, Julie supported co-investment, growth equity, and venture capital teams, ensuring compliance with U.S. and E.U. regulatory standards, including AML/KYC and GDPR, and managing SEC filings. Julie also has extensive law firm experience, having worked in transactional, investment fund, and finance roles at Vedder Price and Kirkland & Ellis. Her background includes SEC regulatory filings, fund documentation, and managing complex closings across multiple industries.
