KALEN DANIELS
Marketing Director

Kalen Daniels is the Marketing Director for Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres. She is an experienced marketing strategist with nearly 30 years of expertise spanning marketing, business development, operations, and fundraising. Throughout her career, she has honed exceptional skills in writing and relationship building, becoming a trusted advisor in the legal and nonprofit sectors. Her strategic insight and leadership have driven the success of numerous initiatives, from budgeting and financial oversight to large-scale event execution and stakeholder engagement.

Previously, Kalen had a distinguished career at Sidley Austin LLP, where she held several key positions over nearly two decades. Most recently, she managed global marketing operations, driving innovation and streamlining internal communications across 20 offices worldwide. Kalen was instrumental in managing multimillion-dollar budgets, overseeing marketing technology systems, and leading the creation of firmwide business development tools. Her roles also included overseeing RFP, RFI, and pitch processes globally across numerous practice areas, and the implementation of full-scale technologies to enhance business development across the firm.

Earlier in her career, Kalen worked at another large law firm, Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal (now Dentons), where she managed internal and external communications for the firm, along with providing business development counsel and services.

Passionate about giving back to her community, Kalen has served on various boards, including Women for Evanston Youth and Foundation 65. And, immediately prior to joining CFDB, Kalen worked at the Evanston Township High School’s Educational Foundation, where she oversaw all administrative functions supporting the Foundation’s fund development and alumni relations activities.
