Katherine Garceau Sobiech is an attorney in Croke Fairchild’s Litigation & Investigations practice group.

Prior to joining CFDB, Katherine was a managing associate at Harrison Law where she represented clients in False Claims Act/qui tam litigation, contract disputes, torts, regulatory investigations, and complex commercial litigation. She has also represented clients in several product liability actions involving medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, and consumer products as well as shareholder derivative suits and governmental investigations.

In addition, Katherine has advised clients regarding potential regulatory and litigation risks in corporate deals. As a law student, Katherine served as an extern to the Honorable Thomas M. Durkin, where she gained valuable insight to the judicial process and courtroom advocacy.

Katherine’s pro bono practice has included representing clients in divorce matters for victims of domestic violence, pro bono criminal defense, asylum, and civil rights matters.
