Katie Brown has worked as a paralegal in immigration law since 2022, supporting attorneys and their clients through a range of employment and family-based immigration matters with care and attention to detail. She began her legal career at Sidley Austin LLP and later continued at Baker & Hostetler before joining Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Loyola University Chicago in 2021.

Prior to entering the legal field, she worked in event planning for nonprofit organizations and cultural institutions in Chicago, such as The Auditorium Theatre and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, client service, and mission-driven work. She holds a degree in English Literature, Writing, and Dance from Saint Mary’s College.
