Lindsey E. Goldberg is Of Counsel at CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES. For over fifteen years, Lindsey has specialized her practice on employment law. She routinely counsels clients on employee discipline, terminations, restrictive covenants, policies, and training.
Lindsey started her career at O’Malley & Madden, P.C., where she represented employees and whistleblowers in all stages of litigation, from inception through post-trial appeals. Lindsey also negotiated severance packages and counseled employees through workplace disputes or career transitions.
Lindsey then spent five years as a senior litigator for Chicago Public Schools. While at CPS, Lindsey became an expert on COVID related workplace issues and she counseled CPS on nearly all sub-specialties of employment law. Lindsey has helped create and update employment policies, handbooks, and separation agreements.
Lindsey has been selected as an Emerging Lawyer in the area of employment law and is an active member in the Chicago Bar Association Labor & Employment Committee.
After graduating with honors from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in public health, Lindsey graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University where she received her J.D. and also an M.A. in bioethics.
