Prior to joining CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES, Max was an associate at Ropes and Gray LLP, where he advised private investment funds on formation and compliance matters. Max also has significant experience helping businesses and individuals navigate complex tax issues related to digital assets and international tax compliance.
Max earned his J.D. from Chicago‑Kent College of Law and his B.A. in Government from Lawrence University.
