Molly Gibbs is a Marketing Assistant at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres. She graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, double-majoring in Marketing and Finance. During her time at Marquette, she was an active member of the Honors Program, with a strong academic foundation in areas such as Digital Marketing, International Marketing, and Applied Financial Modeling. She also broadened her global perspective through a study abroad semester at John Cabot University in Rome.

Molly brings hands-on experience from her internship at Thomas J. Dwyer & Associates, where she supported client communications and developed key organizational and team collaboration skills. She also demonstrated her strong sales abilities during a summer role with Million Dollar Golf, promoting charitable fundraising efforts for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

In addition to her professional experience, Molly has demonstrated a passion for global impact through a college course project with Global Brigades, where she helped consult a small business based in Honduras. She was also involved in Marketing Club and Women in Business, reflecting her commitment to professional development and leadership.

In her free time, she enjoys running and fashion and hopes to do a lot of traveling in the future.
