Nina Monahan is a strategic executive leader with more than 25 years of business leadership through her work with a wide range of Fortune 500 companies at some of the world’s most recognized advertising and marketing agencies. In her various leadership roles, Nina has developed a reputation for driving change by building businesses and teams from the ground up, selling innovative ideas, optimizing revenue streams and operating models, and uncovering white space growth opportunities on brands including P&G, SC Johnson, Coca-Cola, Target and McDonald’s.

Prior to Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, Nina served as Senior Vice President at Epsilon directing a portfolio of healthcare businesses. Nina focused on business development and led an effort to turn around, secure, and expand a crucial client relationship where she created a new vision, operating system, and team structure to drive strategic and data-forward thinking for more substantial client results.

Nina spent six years in Europe, where she built a successful new division for Leo Burnett Group to drive increased revenue across critical offices. She also activated marketing practices and implemented growth plans for multinational clients, and recruited, developed, and mentored staff across the region.

Earlier in her career, Nina worked for Arc Worldwide in Chicago where she was the head of the Whirlpool and P&G North America business. Under her leadership, she grew the P&G business to the #1 account by leveraging a high-performance cross-functional team of over 100 people and building insight-driven solutions for over 18 brands. 

Nina received her BS Communications degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
