Samantha is an associate at CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES where she advises clients on a range of estate planning services and tax matters.
Samantha received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School. While pursuing her J.D., Samantha served as a research assistant for Professor Julian Velasco, and she clerked with Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. As a law clerk she drafted motions and petitions, researched and drafted memoranda, and participated in client consultations. Additionally, she served as a legal extern for Notre Dame’s Office of Gift Planning where she performed research on various tax matters and extensively researched Donor Advised Funds. Samantha also worked as a legal extern for the National Immigrant Justice Center where she aided families through the early stages of the asylum process.
