Sandy Koropp is Senior Counsel at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, where she focuses her practice on intellectual property law.

With more than fifteen years of experience counseling global brands, Sandy has developed deep expertise in trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and brand strategy. She regularly advises clients on promotional agreements, licensing, and marketing partnerships, bringing a practical and business-minded approach to legal counseling. She has represented major corporations, entertainment companies, sports leagues, and start-ups alike, always tailoring her advice to the client’s goals, budget, and growth strategy.

Before joining Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, Sandy served as Senior IP Counsel at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll, where she led the firm’s trademark and brand advice team. Earlier in her career, she was an attorney in McDonald’s Corporation’s Marketing Department, negotiating and managing high-profile sponsorships and promotions with partners such as the NFL, NBA, MLB, U.S. Olympic Committee, Disney, Universal, and Warner Bros. Sandy began her career as an associate at Sidley & Austin, where she counseled both multinational corporations and independent businesses on intellectual property and advertising matters.

Beyond her practice, Sandy is an avid reader and active community volunteer. She leads multi-generational discussion groups on current and civic topics, organizes community cooking initiatives, and enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children, and their energetic dog.
