SARAH SAGER

Sarah is an attorney with CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES. Sarah has both in-house and big law firm experience. She most recently spent time at a biotech startup focused on gene therapy and was previously with Baxter’s in-house legal team in its US renal division, where she negotiated complex commercial deals and advised on numerous business and health care issues.  Prior to joining Baxter’s in-house team through Axiom Law, Sarah practiced at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP.

Sarah has experience with Medicare and Medicaid matters and federal and state regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA and health privacy. She drafts and negotiates a wide variety of agreements, including all manner of purchase agreements, contracts for and with health professionals, non-disclosure agreements and business associate agreements.
