Thomas S. Gallagher is an attorney in CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES Litigation & Investigations group.
Prior to joining Croke Fairchild, Thomas represented a number of Chicagoland labor unions, and their members, in labor & employment and consumer protection matters. Thomas also represented businesses and their owners in a range of complex commercial disputes—including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and theft of trade secrets claims—in both federal and state courts.
Both before and throughout law school, Thomas worked in the office of general counsel for a national law firm handling issues of professional responsibility and legal ethics. Moreover, while earning his J.D., Thomas completed externships with the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in the chambers of Judge Candace Jackson-Akiwumi, and with the Illinois Office of the State’s Attorney Appellate Prosecutor. Upon graduation from the University of Illinois-Chicago, Thomas finished top of his class and was named Valedictorian.
