Croke Fairchild Client, Performant Capital, Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Bolt On Technology

Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres represented Chicago-based private equity firm Performant Capital, in its acquisition of Bolt On Technology, a leading software-as-a-service provider that leverages technology to streamline automotive service workflows and enhance profitability. Performant plans to integrate Bolt On Technology with its existing automotive portfolio companies, MyShopManager and Unotifi, creating a powerful platform to support the automotive repair industry.

The deal team included Jessica Fairchild, Patty Dondanville, Phil Acevedo, and Kerby Kniss.
