Phillip Acevedo is an associate at CROKE FAIRCHILD MORGAN & BERES. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity investments, SPAC transactions, corporate governance and securities compliance matters.
Phillip received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. While in law school, he served as a student director for the Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab and completed a graduate Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) fellowship at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF). Phillip graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in economics and a secondary in government.
