Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres represented Millennium, a founder-owned distributor and service provider to the broadband industry based in Wisconsin, in securing a significant private equity investment from Carlson Private Capital Partners.

The deal, closed on November 30 and announced this morning, will support Millennium in growing their market leadership as the company that consults, designs, finances, and supplies those wanting to build fiber networks in rural America.

The deal team included Patrick Croke, Nathan Aslesen, and Andrew Gilbert.
