Croke Fairchild Morgan & Beres represented Millennium, a founder-owned distributor and service provider to the broadband industry based in Wisconsin, in securing a significant private equity investment from Carlson Private Capital Partners.

The deal team included Patrick Croke, Nathan Aslesen, and Andrew Gilbert.
“Congratulations to Millennium founder and CEO James Kyle and the entire team on this exciting partnership,” said Patrick Croke, co-founder and partner of Croke Fairchild Morgan & Beres. “Carlson Private Capital and Millennium are well-matched. They share a long-term vision for taking Millennium to the next level, supporting customers through network infrastructure projects and getting fiber into homes across America. We’re proud to help make deals like this happen, supporting founders in growing their businesses through long-term capital partnerships.”
