Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres represented Sunfox Capital, a renewable energy-focused private equity firm, in its investment in GridX, the leading enterprise-rate platform provider to modern utilities and energy technology companies.

Sunfox Capital’s investment, announced on April 14, was a part of GridX’s $40 million in Series C funding that also included Energy Impact Partners, Moore Strategic Ventures, and NGP ETP. This round of investment will help drive the transition to clean energy by accelerating the development of GridX’s leading rate analytics and complex billing solutions, in combination with the building out of its sales and marketing, product, and engineering teams.

The deal team included Jessica Fairchild and Emily Collins.
