Emily is an Associate at CROKE FAIRCHILD MORGAN & BERES. Emily advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and public company corporate governance and disclosure matters.
Emily earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School where she was student instructor and member of the competition team of Environmental Law Moot Court. She earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, with a major in Journalism and a minor in French Studies and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Emily has a commitment to pro bono work, including providing representation to asylum-seekers and legal assistance to low-income owners of small businesses and small nonprofit organizations.
