Andrew Gilbert Speaks at International Young Lawyers’ Association Congress in Brazil

Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres Partner Andrew Gilbert was featured as a panelist at the annual AIJA International Young Lawyers’ Congress in Rio de Janerio, Brazil. Andrew participated in a panel titled “The Four Dimensions of Digital Assets and Blockchain in M&A.”

Panelists discussed how to anticipate and navigate issues posed by the developments in the crypto market, recent and emerging trends and M&A activity in the crypto sector, and the potential impact and use of blockchain technology during the M&A lifecycle.
