CFDB Team Wins Texas Appeal for Client Patriot Power Group

A Croke Fairchild Durate & Beres team, led by Brian C. Prendergast and Adam R. Vaught, wins appellate fight in the 8^th District of Texas Court of Appeals on behalf of Patriot Power Group, LLC, reversing the trial court’s decision and forcing one of the country’s largest privately held oil and gas producers, Fasken Oil and Ranch, Ltd., to arbitrate the parties’ dispute. The CFDB team worked with local counsel Kemp Smith LLP in a resounding victory to prevent Fasken’s attempt to avoid the parties’ prior agreement to arbitrate all disputes.
