CFCFDB Public Finance Group Exceeds $1.25 Billion in Deals in Just Two Years

Our Public Finance group, including Partner Jim Durkin, Counsel Randall S. Kulat, and Associate Samantha Nunez, as bond counsel, recently closed a $170 million USEPA WIFIA loan on behalf of the United City of Yorkville. This loan will assist Yorkville’s plan to connect with the DuPage Water Commission.

This transaction was a two-year process and required legal and government expertise to work through the USEPA and the White House Office of Budget and Management to have the funds released.

In just two years since its creation, the Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres Public Finance group has closed more than $1.25 billion in transactions as public finance counsel to government issuers and underwriters.
